Solutions

One model. One Process. One reality.

Architects, modelers, constructors, and manufacturers work from one shared digital ecosystem, transforming ideas into a manufacturable reality without breaking the flow of information.

Stage 1 of 5

An Architect's Vision

Architect

Every project begins with intent.

Architects define the design vision, establish project requirements, and create the foundation for everything that follows. At this stage, the focus is on aesthetics, performance, functionality, and client expectations.

Outcome

Design concept established
Project objectives defined
Digital foundation created

Stage 2 of 5

Making Ideas Manufacturable

Modeling & Engineering

The architectural vision is transformed into manufacturable digital models.

Modelers develop detailed elements containing geometry, structural data, material information, and manufacturing requirements. This is where design begins to become manufacturable.

Outcome

BIM models developed
Engineering requirements integrated
Coordination enabled

Stage 3 of 5

Validating and Simulating the Real World

Simulations

Something may be manufacturable but should obviously hold up under real world conditions.

The constructor is responsible for making the respective necessary calculations. Traditionally, this data transformation was accomplished with 2D drawings. With Rodly Engineering, data generated by the modeler can immediately be imported and used by the constructor — saving an incredible amount of time and reducing the possibility of errors.

Outcome

The models are validated and ready for the real world
The requirements are now clear for the modeler

Stage 4 of 5

Reinforcing the Modeler's Elements

Model Refinement

The process does not stop after running simulations.

The simulation results simply mean that the requirements are now clear. These requirements must still be translated into practical, manufacturable rebar. Rodly Engineering combines the data from modeling and simulation by algorithmically generating rebar that fits both the shape and the structural requirements.

Outcome

Manufacturing-ready data created

Stage 5 of 5

Manufacturing at Scale

Factory & Manufacturing

With accurate, validated, and fully coordinated data, manufacturing can begin.

The factory receives production-ready information generated directly from the refined model, reducing rework, minimizing errors, and accelerating production. The result is a highly efficient transition from engineering to fabrication.

Outcome

Machine specific files
Improved quality control
Faster production cycles
Reduced waste and cost

The Rodly Difference

Engineering and Manufacturing as One System

Generic Transformations Between Domains

Our solutions don't just transfer data — they transform it. Each product realizes a generic, domain-crossing transformation: automatically converting information structured for one professional domain into precisely the format required by the next. This eliminates manual re-entry, reduces errors, and saves significant time at every handoff in the chain.
